Job Position Overview:
The Dietitian is responsible for providing assessment, intervention, support and education related to medical nutrition therapy to inpatients of the Atikokan General Hospital as well as residents of the Long-Term Care unit. The Dietitian also works with outpatients two days/week at the Family Health Team and provides contract work with the Ontario Health Home and Community Care Program. They are also responsible for menu review and approval for the Atikokan General Hospital.
Wage: $41.13 – $49.12

Required Qualifications:
- The Dietitian holds a university degree in Food and Nutrition and is a member in good standing of the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interactions with patients and their families for teaching and liaising with the public and for management of staff.
- Mandatory Covid-19 vaccinations.
- Membership to Dietitians.
