Jesse Traer, Owner and HR Lead Consultant at Northern Peak HR, proudly calls Thunder Bay home, anchoring most of his adult life in the heart of the North West.

A graduate of the Human Resources Management program at Confederation College in 2002 and a recipient of the CHRP/CHRL designation in 2010, Jesse has dedicated nearly two decades to the Human Resources field. His journey has seen a steady ascent in responsibilities across diverse sectors, including Forestry, Manufacturing, and Health Care.

With over 12 years of experience in leadership roles, Jesse now embarks on a new chapter as a business owner.
