Jesse holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Confederation College and maintains his CHRP/CHRL designation. With over 12 years of leadership experience, he founded Northern Peak HR to provide reliable support and practical solutions to organizations looking to enhance performance, streamline operations, and strengthen their people practices.

Andrew Elsey
Health & Safety Specialist

Andrew is a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lakehead University. He brings extensive experience developing safety programs, conducting inspections and audits, and delivering targeted training across a wide range of industries.

Chris Serratore
Senior Advisor –
Health & Safety

Chris has been a recognized and respected Health & Safety leader in the Northwestern Ontario for over 20 many years. He holds a degree in Occupational Health & Safety and is a Certified Health & Safety Professional (CRSP). Chris will enhance, build and deliver Safety certification and training program and build mentorship programming for front line supervisors, management and Health & Safety professionals.

Emily leads our branding and digital strategy. With a Diploma in Business and Marketing from Confederation College, she manages the website, oversees social media, creates engaging content, drives brand development, supports business growth, and represents the company at events across Northwestern Ontario

Human Resources Specialist

Meredith brings seven years of experience and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Confederation College. She provides broad HR support to growing and established organizations, specializing in Health and Safety, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Policy and Procedure Management, and Organizational Development.

Kaitlyn serves as a valuable team asset with a background in Kinesiology from Lakehead University and has her hands-on leadership experience in safety management. She is committed to creating safe, healthy workplaces and takes a people-first approach, building strong connections to support effective safety culture.
