
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Both schedule and perform regular maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
- Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues, providing accurate assessments and solutions.
- Repairs: Perform repairs on all equipment, including front-end loaders, forklifts, excavators, log loaders, and pickup trucks, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacement.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operators and management to identify equipment needs and prioritize repairs.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic.
- Demonstrated experience working with heavy equipment in an industrial setting.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
