Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance: Both schedule and perform regular maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
• Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues, providing accurate assessments and solutions.
• Repairs: Perform repairs on all equipment, including front-end loaders, forklifts, excavators, log loaders, and pickup trucks, ensuring safety and functionality.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacement.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operators and management to identify equipment needs and prioritize repairs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic.
• Demonstrated experience working with heavy equipment in an industrial setting.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
