Job Summary:
The Outpatient Services Manager is responsible for managing the operation and function of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, the Laboratory Department, the Rehabilitation Department and Community Counselling. The Outpatient Services Manager is a member of the Management Team and is
responsible and accountable to the Chief Nursing Officer. They are responsible for the overall management of the Outpatient Departments, ensuring that each department meets expected standards.
Rate of Pay: $48.81 – $60.00
Reference #: 2025-27
Start Date: as soon as possible
8 month contract
Requirements:
- Possesses a university degree from an accredited university in the field of health care.
- Current registration and license in good standing with the respective professional College of Ontario if applicable.
- Management education and 5 years management experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in policy development and implementation.
- Desire and ability to take responsibility for their own professional development.
- Basic Computer Skills
