Jason Rouillard Logging is seeking an experienced Roadside Processor Operator to join their team. They offer competitive pay and an exceptional 4-day work week schedule.
Pay: CA$38.07 per hour, plus benefits and RRSP contribution after probation
This is a full-time position with benefits and typically a Monday to Friday schedule. Moreover, a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts is offered, providing excellent work-life balance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Firstly, operate roadside processor in a safe and efficient manner
- In addition, perform daily circle checks and routine maintenance on equipment
- Furthermore, meet production goals in a consistent manner
- Demonstrate willingness to work day shift and night shift if required
- Additionally, complete other duties within logging operation as assigned

- Overtime Opportunity: OT optional, for 50 hour weeks, paid at time and a half over 40 hours
- Transportation: Partial ride time paid, daily transportation from Thunder Bay provided
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience operating logging equipment, processor preferred
- Similarly, logging industry experience preferred
- Valid G Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to commute/relocate to Thunder Bay
- References required
