With over 12 years of leadership experience, he founded Northern Peak HR to provide reliable support and practical solutions to organizations looking to enhance performance, streamline operations, and strengthen their people practices.

Human Resources SpecialistMeredith brings seven years of experience and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Confederation College. She provides broad HR support to growing and established organizations, specializing in Health and Safety, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Policy and Procedure Management, and Organizational Development.

Senior Advisor – Health and SafetyChris has been a recognized and respected Health & Safety leader in Northwestern Ontario for over 20 years. He holds a degree in Occupational Health & Safety and is a Certified Health & Safety Professional (CRSP). Chris will enhance, build and deliver Safety certification and training program and build mentorship programming for front line supervisors, management and Health & Safety professionals.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Marketing, bringing a strong blend of administrative and people-focused skills to the team.
Darren Stewart
Health and Safety SpecialistDarren brings a vast amount of experience to his role as a Health and Safety Specialist with years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing and forestry sectors. He also spent the last several years at Sleeping Giant Brewing company as Lead Brewer and managed operations and health & safety. Darren holds diplomas from Confederation College in Pre-Health Sciences and Social Services. He is a certified JHSC member and is working towards his diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.

Software Development TechnicianBenjamin holds a diploma in Computer Programming from Confederation College and has 2 years of college-based experience working on a variety of projects. His skills and abilities will push forward our technical advancements and allow us to service our clients more efficiently while developing new products to expand our client base. He will be responsible for supporting the development of our enhanced digital health & safety platform, our digital talent acquisition resource system and providing overall technical support to the team.
